3 Days 2 Nights Tour
Day 1
- Depart Adelaide Approx 0730hrs
- Adelaide – Rawnsley Park via the Clare Valley and Hawker.
- Visit Sevenhill Winery and Church and an outback art gallery.
Overnight: Rawnsley Park
Day 2
- Visit Wilpena Pound and take a walk into
- Hills Homestead or around the old Wilpena Homestead.
- Travel through the picturesque Bunyeroo, Brachina and Parachilna Gorges, visit the mining heritage of Blinman, see wildlife at peace with nature, view the Great Wall of China and magnificent 360 degree panoramas from Stokes Hill lookout.
- Options: Scenic Flight

Day 3
- Return Adelaide via Hawker, Quorn Port Augusta and the coast road.
- Visit Kanyaka Ruins and Wadlata Outback centre to travel through the tunnel of time before heading south to Adelaide along Highway 1.

Day 1
- Adelaide - Rawnsley Park

- Travel through the northern suburbs of Adelaide to the Clare Valley via the historic mining town of Kapunda.
- Visit the historic Sevenhill Winery and Church.
- Continue on to the Flinders Ranges via Jamestown, Orroroo and Hawker.
- Overnight : Rawnsley Park
Day 2
- Rawnsley Park - Arkaroola
- Travel via Wilpena Pound, Bunyeroo and Brachina Gorges.
- Visit Wilpena Pound and take a walk into the pound and the old Hill's Homestead.
- View the rugged Flinders Ranges and Gorges, and wildlife at peace with nature.
- Visit Copley and the famous Quandong Cafe.
- Option: Scenic Flight over Wilpena Pound and Arkaroola Observatory

Day 3
- Arkaroola - Blinman
- Take the Ridgetop Tour (am) and venture into the most rugged parts of the Flinders Ranges.
- After lunch travel along the eastern fringe of the northern Flinders Ranges then into the of the heart of the ranges to the old mining town of Blinman.
- Along the way visit Chambers Gorge to view some Aboriginal etchings.
- Overnight :Blinman
Day 4
- Blinman - Adelaide
- View the Great Wall of China.
- Travel via Hawker, Quorn, Pt Augusta, and Pt Wakefield.
- Travel the Pichi Richi Pass,
- Visit Kanyaka Ruins and Wadlata Outback Centre.

Day 1
- Adelaide - Rawnsley Park or Hawker
- Depart Adelaide approx. 7.30am.
- Travel through the northern suburbs, and the Adelaide plains to the Clare Valley
- Visit historic Kapunda, home of one of the first mines in Australia and base for Sir Syd Kidman’s pastoral empire.
- Visit Sevenhill Cellars ( winery and Monastery).
- Continue through the Southern Flinders Ranges to Rawnsley Park via Jamestown, birth place of RM Williams, Orroroo and Hawker .
- Visit a local Art gallery to view a 360o panorama painting of Wilpena Pound.
- Overnight: Rawnsley Park or Hawker
Day 2
- Rawnsley Park/Wilpena Area
- Spend the day exploring the Flinders Ranges National Park and surrounds.
- Travel through central Flinders Ranges via Parachilna, Brachina and Bunyeroo Gorges.
- Visit Wilpena Pound and take a walk into the Hill’s Homestead and Wangarra lookouts.
- View the rugged Flinders Ranges and Gorges, wildlife at peace with nature and the rare Yellow Footed Rock wallaby.
- Visit Blinman, the old copper mining and highest town in SA.
- View and learn about pioneering and cultural Heritage of the area

Day 3
- Rawnsley Park – Arkaroola
- Travel to Arkaroola via the Bunkers Ranges and Chambers Gorge
- Take a walk along Chambers Gorge to an Aboriginal engraving site then head into Arkaroola.
- Take the Ridge Top Tour and experience the most rugged part of the Flinders Ranges.
- Option: Arkaroola Astronomical Observatory
- Overnight: Arkaroola

Day 4
- Arkaroola – Parachilna/Hawker.
- Travel through the Gammon Range area of the northern Flinders to the west side of the ranges before heading south.
- Along the way we call at Iga Warta and aboriginal centre, Copley Bakery for a quandong pie and the heritage town of Beltana a base for a repeater station on the overland telegraph line, a thriving town on the old Ghan railway and home for a camel breeding station.
- .Overnight: Parachilna/Hawker.
Day 5
- Parachilna/Hawker - Adelaide
- Travel via the towns of Quorn, Pt Augusta, and Pt Wakefield
- Take a walk around the old Kanyaka Homestead, the largest station in the area back in the mid 1800’s.
- Scenic drive through Pichi Richi Pass, visit Wadlata Outback Centre and one of Australia’s longest wooden jetties.
- Arrive : Adelaide approx 1830hrs

- Stop of at the historic Ghan Railway town of Marree and visit an open air mosque, the Lake Eyre Yatch Club, learn about the original Tom Kruse the Birdsville Track Mailman.
- Travel the Oodnadatta Track.
- Visit an outback sculpture park, Lake Eyre South, The Mound Springs of the Great Artesin basin, Coward Springs and the William Creek Pub.
- Overnight: Coward Springs or William Creek and have a cold beer with the locals.

- Coward Springs/William Creek - Coober Pedy
- Travel to Coober Pedy
- Visit the Breakaways a spectacular landscape of a multitude of colours that has been used as the back drop for many international and Australian movie like "Mad Max - Beyond Thunderdome", Priscilla - Queen of the Dsert", "Pitch Black", Red Planet", "Ground Zero" and many more
- View Australia's longest fence.
- Visit an Underground Motel and display and learn about the "Opal Bug" that has attracted a population of over 40 nationalities to this remote outback town in search Auatralia's national gemstone and possibly their fortune..

- Overnight: Coober Pedy
Day 6
- Coober Pedy - Woomera
- Take a tour at Umoona Mine and other Coober Pedy Sites to learn about the mining of opal, how and why the locals live in their underground burrows, visit an underground church.
- Travel to Woomera.
- Visit the Woomera heritage centre to gain a little insight to the weapons testing under taken by the Australian Defence Force after the second World War.
- Overnight: Woomera

- Woomera - Adelaide
- Travel to Port Augusta and Adelaide
- Visit the Wadlata Outback Centre to refresh the memory of all places we have visited over the previous 6 days..
- View one of the longest wooden jetties in the southern hemisphere

Day 1
- Adelaide - Rawnsley Park
- Depart Adelaide approx. 7:30am.
- Travel through the northern suburbs, and the Adelaide plains to the Clare Valley.
- Visit Sevenhill Cellars, church, winery and Monastery.
- Travel through vast open plains to the southern Flinders Ranges via numerous country towns.
- Visit Kanyaka Ruins and a local art gallery to view a magnificent panoramic painting of Wilpena Pound as well as other major works taking up complete walls of the gallery.
- Arrive Rawnsley Park late afternoon. This is your overnight stop.

Day 2
- Rawnsley Park - Arkaroola
- Take a morning walk into the spectacular Wilpena Pound.
- Travel the central Flinders Ranges via Bunyeroo, Brachina and Parachilna Gorges.
- View Australian Wildlife at peace with nature and Pioneering Heritage of the area.
- Arrive Arkaroola late afternoon.

Day 3
- Arkaroola - Farina / Marree
- Take the Ridge Top Tour and experience the most rugged part of the Flinders Ranges.
- Travel west through the Northern Flinders Ranges to Copley.
- Visit Quandong Cafe, Talc Alf, the Ochre Pits, Farina, and Marree,
- Overnight: Farina or Marree
Day 4
- Marree - Coward Springs / William Creek
- Travel the Oodnadatta Track.
- Visit an outback sculpture park, Lake Eyre South, Mound Springs, Coward Springs and the William Creek Pub.
- Option: Lake Eyre scenic flight.
- Overnight: Coward Springs or William Creek and have a cold beer with the locals.
Day 5
- William Creek - Oodnadatta/Dalhousie Springs
- Continue along the Oodnadatta Track travelling through Australia's largest cattle station, Anna Creek.
- Following the old Ghan Railway line we stop and visit the Algebuckina Bridge, Algebuckina Water Hole then to Oodnadatta and Dalhousie Springs.
- Overnight: Oodnadatta (accommodated) or Camping at Dalhousie Springs and relax with a swim in the thermal pools.

Day 6
- Oodnadatta - Dalhousie Springs - Oodnadatta
- Take a day tour to the Dalhousie Springs stopping at the old homestaed to lean about the early settlersd of the area and browse the ruins of the old homestead surround by date palms.
- Overnight: Oodnadatta.
Day 7
- Oodnadatta - Coober Pedy
- Travel to Coober Pedy via the Painted Desert to view the startling colours and magnificent landscape.
- Visit the Breakaways a location set for many famous feature and tele movies.
- Travel along the worlds longest fence.
- Visit an opal mine, Umoona Underground Tourist Complex, International Underground Motel, The Desert Cave
- Overnight: Coober Pedy underground motel accommodation
Day 8
- Coober Pedy - Woomera
- Visit more sites around Coober Pedy including and underground church, the old police station and lockup.
- Browse the Opal Shops and buy a piece of the local produce.
- Travel to Woomera.
- Stop at Lake Hart a large generally dry salt lake.
- Visit Woomera and view the rocket and plane display and museum
- Overnight: : Woomera
Day 9
- Woomera - Adelaide
- Visit Wadlata Outback Centre and other Pt. Augusta sites.
- Return Adelaide via the coast road.
- Visit one of Australia's longest wooden jetties.
