(2) people and maximum of seven (7) people required for tour to proceed.

Swagabout Tours reserves the right to alter the
prices of its tours at any time, please check when making enquiries and bookings.

Payments may be made by most credit cards, travellers
cheques or cash. Bookings are secured by a 20% deposit and full payment 14 days
prior to departure.

The following
cancellation fees apply: 20% of tour cost 14 - 7 days prior to departure. 50%
7 days - 48 hours prior to departure. No refund within 48 hours or failure to
board.

Luggage is restricted
to one bag of approximately 20kg plus a small backpack for hiking.

Due to the nature of the places on the itinerary
and in the interest of safety, Swagabout Tours and its staff reserve the right
to change the route outlined if the roads, weather and/or other conditions should
indicate. An equivalent alternative will be arranged. Swagabout Tours will not
be liable for any inconvenience or additional expenses incurred by the customer
as a result of such conditions.

Swagabout
Tours, its staff and agents reserve the right to refuse to carry any individual,
luggage or goods, which in their opinion may offend other passengers.

Swagabout Tours, its staff and agents will be exempt
from any liability for injury, illness, death, delay, loss or damage to passengers
or their belongings whilst on their tours.

It
is recommended that travellers arrange their own personal liability, sickness
and accident travel insurance.

Travellers
are requested to be mindful of their own personal safety and that of others travelling
with them.
